Herbed Lentil Protein Flatbread

Ingredients: Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, whisk together lentil protein flour, baking powder, salt, oregano, and thyme. Gradually add olive oil and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into flatbreads. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they begin to brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
