Lentil Flour Banana Bread

• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup Organic High Performance Lentil Flour
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, lentil flour, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
3. Add baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth.
4. Fold in chopped walnuts if desired.
5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool before slicing.
